Autumn Coffee Morning
Tea, sponge, and a quiet word with whoever is on the trustees' rota.
Nothing ticketed, nothing crowded, nothing particularly photographed. Tea, neighbours, a few short words. You are welcome to all of them.
Tea, sponge, and a quiet word with whoever is on the trustees' rota.
Quarterly meeting of the JOHN WILLIAM FOSTER trustees. Open agenda; recipients welcome.
Once a year the back door of the hall is open for anyone who wants to ask.
Quarterly meeting. Reading of the annual accounts before the Charity Commission filing.
Help fold, address and post the once-a-year JOHN WILLIAM FOSTER dispatch. Tea provided.
All six gatherings are free. None of them require booking, with the small exception of the carol service, where we ask people to let the trustees know roughly how many to expect so the printer has the right number of orders of service. There is no dress code, no age limit, no expectation that you will know anyone. Children are welcome; dogs are welcome if they are quiet at the back; the village hall is single-storey and step-free; St Oswald's has a single step at the porch.
If you would like to be told about future gatherings as they go in the diary, the once-a-year dispatch lists them. The newsletter form in the footer is where to ask for it.
